Terms & Conditions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate, extend or suspend the Antimos Protection Kit prize at any time without prior notice.
2. This giveaway is for photos submitted during the period of 11 September – 18 October 2020.
3. The prize is 1 Antimos Protection Kit. 30 winners with the best photos will be selected weekly.
4. Participants can submit more than 1 photo, but each participant is eligible to win 1 prize only during the entire duration of the giveaway.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of similar value at any time without prior notice. All gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
6. The prize visual shown is for illustration purposes only. The actual gift may be different.
7. Organizers, associates, holding companies, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies shall not be liable for any unwanted injuries or incidents, including death resulting from the use of the gift.
8. The Organizer will announce the winners through an announcement post on MamyPoko Singapore’s Facebook page and will request personal information and proof for validation purpose.
9. The Organizer will determine the mode of prize redemption delivery and shall not be held liable for any difficulty, damage, loss of item or whatsoever that may arise during the prize delivery or redemption process.
10. By participating in this cause, the Participant has given the Organizer full consent to (a) process the Participant's personal details in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy (available at: http://www.unicharm.com.my/info/policy/index.html ), (b) use names, addresses, personal details, documents and information without any royalty payments for advertising and promotional purposes related to the contest, and (c) to contact participants for marketing purposes from time to time.
11. By participating in this cause, participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as the decisions made by The Organizer.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. All decisions by The Organizer are final and no correspondence and appeal in any form will be entertained.
